The cap of Rootwhispers is covered with thin green veins, like a fallen leaf from a tree, while the stem seems to be infused with warm sunlight. If you sit at the base of a tree and listen, in the silence of the roots you can catch the soft, barely perceptible hum of these mushrooms.
